01Applications

Complete applications at the point of submission

Multi-step forms give alternative pathways to licensure. They capture documents at each step, permit save-and-resume, and validate the form before submission. Files reach staff complete. This removes most of the correspondence that follows an incomplete application.

02Assessment

Decisions recorded with their reasoning

GovCore records the assessment and the decision against the licence. It records who decided, on what evidence, and when. The basis for a decision stays available for review years afterwards.

03Credentials

Credentials issued digitally

GovCore generates certificates, wallet cards and wall licences from your own templates. The licensee receives them as soon as staff record a decision.

04Renewals

The licensee completes the renewal

A renewal cycle sends reminders, verifies continuing education, calculates the fee and takes payment. The licence keeps a full renewal history. Licensees complete the process themselves.

05Changes

Self-service updates and status changes

Licensees update licence details, request a status change, and change a name through self-service. A review step and a payment step apply where there is a fee.

06Entities

Businesses, facilities and equipment

GovCore licenses entities as well as people. It holds applications, renewals, annual reports, directors and officers, and equipment. Entity regulation stays in the system, not in parallel spreadsheets.

07Records

Configured record types

An agency configures individuals, businesses, licences, applications, facilities and equipment as record types. A new licence category is a configuration change. It does not need a software release.
